Who we are and how to contact us
Roadiyo is operated by Sara in the United States. This notice describes the bundled site and the information that may be handled when you visit, use a tool or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@roadiyo.online.
Information you provide
If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address and message. We use them to respond, follow up and manage the enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. If you do not provide the information needed to reply, we may not be able to respond.
Calculator inputs
The built-in calculators process the values you enter in your browser. Their scripts do not send those values to Roadiyo or save them. This description applies to the bundled calculator code; other services or plugins installed on the site may operate differently.
Technical information
When a browser requests a page, the hosting provider or other infrastructure services may process information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and error or security logs. Such information may be used to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems and protect it against abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
The bundled site code does not add advertising or analytics scripts by default. WordPress, hosting, login functions and separately installed plugins may use cookies or similar technologies. If additional analytics, advertising or other services are enabled, their data practices and any required choices should be explained in an updated notice. Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email and, if enabled, contact-form or other service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights, safety or the site. Services you choose to visit through external links have their own privacy practices; review their notices before sharing information.
Retention and security
Messages and technical records may be retained for the period needed to handle enquiries, operate and protect the site, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Actual retention depends on the services and settings in use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please take care with what you send.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or limit certain processing. Contact support@roadiyo.online to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request; legal exceptions can apply. You may also have the right to contact an applicable privacy regulator.
Children and external sites
The site is intended for general audiences, not specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. External websites are outside our control and may collect information under their own policies.
Changes to this notice
